Ever wish you had someone to catch up the filing, re-stock the break room, organize the forms inventory, update directories, mailing lists, catch up data entry?  Keep in touch with clients? Contact prospects more regularly? Keep up on staff birthdays and professional milestones?  These things take time; time that could be freed up for more sales, more client contact, more business!

As a real estate professional, you know you have to be in two or more places at once. In today’s market, time and resource management is everything.  Delegate.  I can handle many of the time consuming but necessary tasks, such as taking property photos, stocking flyers, delivering Welcome Baskets, etc.  What does this do for you? More time to do what you do best . . . Take care of the client!!

“At Home” doesn’t mean “Not Busy”.  An extra pair at hands could give you more time with your family, allow you more time to give to your community, or even a little time for yourself. Belong to civic or Church groups, need someone to help create and send out invitations, flyers, announcements? Want to really send Holiday cards this year? Need someone to wait for the phone guy? Call me.
